Product Manager Personalization & Revenue Growth (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy for personalization across vehicle upsells, protection products, and
• Build data-informed personalization concepts for different customer segments, including leisure
• Optimize the complete post-booking customer journey across confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, and
• Translate complex customer data, behavioral insights, and commercial requirements into scalable
• Work with business stakeholders across sales, revenue management, and operations to keep concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally as a Product Manager, Digital Product
• Understanding of digital product development, customer journeys, conversion funnels, user
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer value, upsell performance, and
• Strategic thinking to quickly understand different customer segments and complex, data-rich
• Data literacy: confidently work with product analytics, customer data, experimentation results, and
• Collaboration: communicate clearly and confidently with PMs, UX Designers, and business teams
