📋 Description

• Develop and evolve the Pharmacy category strategy, including target markets, buyer problems, value
• Maintain a deep understanding of pharmacy economics, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments
• Establish and monitor category performance measures across demand, supply, participation
• Translate marketplace insights into strategic priorities, investment recommendations, and
• Deeply understand healthcare buyer needs, economics, workflows, purchasing behavior, and
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the pharmacy solution landscape and the capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in pharmacy, healthcare technology, product management, marketplace strategy, or
• Understanding of pharmacy economics, payer and PBM models, pharmacy benefits, pricing, contracting
• Strong marketplace orientation, including supply and demand dynamics, incentives, matching, and
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, identify market opportunities, and translate insights
• Exceptional curiosity, customer empathy, analytical thinking, and product discovery judgment
• Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to connect market opportunities to measurable
