Product Manager, Pickup and Dropoff Systems

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Pickup and Dropoff (PUDO) Systems and APIs.
• Drive cross-stack features: boarding, off-nominal handling, goods-delivery PUDO.
• Translate company objectives to team outcomes with data-backed plans.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to deliver simple, elegant solutions.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across multiple teams toward launch.
• Travel periodically to Waymo markets/offices as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with shipping of complex products.
• Strong technical foundation; CS/CE degree or software engineering background.
• Experience with integrated HW/SW products (e.g., robotics, IoT, autonomous systems).
• Broad product skills: UX, data analytics, systems thinking; ownership mindset.
• Experience partnering with UX teams to ship consumer-facing experiences.
• Able to navigate ambiguity with analytical problem solving.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $204,000 – $252,000 USD.
