Product Manager, Pilot Experience

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for professional pilot features (logbooks, reporting, scheduling).
• Run product discovery with pilots to turn insights into features.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and design to ship features quickly.
• Define and track outcomes using activation, engagement, retention metrics.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly engagement around key workflows.
• Support go-to-market with growth, marketing, and CS on activation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in product management with end-to-end shipping.
• Strong product sense and user-centered feature delivery.
• Prioritize effectively to drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication across engineers, designers, and partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity; create clarity and momentum.
• Experience using AI to enhance value and workflows.
