Define and ship core platform capabilities from spec to customer
Own product quality and user experience across the platform
Partner with platform engineering on architecture, multi-tenancy, scale, and reliability
Work with forward-deployed engineers and design partners on customer needs and security reviews

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
3+ years of product management on a cloud or SaaS product shipped to external customers
Owned a platform capability end-to-end (e.g., integrations, identity, permissions, hosting)
Technical fluency to argue architecture tradeoffs with senior engineers and prototype with AI tools
Understanding of the scale and reliability tradeoffs of multi-tenant products
Enterprise exposure and product taste: security reviews and how the product feels to users
