Collaborate with design and engineering to write requirements and sequence deliverables.
Partner with marketing to activate creators and educate on Spotify value during onboarding and
Work with insights to understand creator needs and iterate to improve satisfaction.
Prioritize across creator profiles to show the right next steps on Spotify.
Lead cross-team product experiences spanning lifecycle of creators on Spotify.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of product management experience.
Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record delivering impact for end users.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Passionate about creators succeeding and finding a home on Spotify.
Experience with growth/onboarding products and/or CRM/marketing tech is a plus.
