Product Manager — PriorAuth

📋 Description

• Own execution and measurable outcomes for the prior authorization product, organizing delivery
• Develop a deep understanding of prior authorization jobs and translate clinical workflows such as
• Identify opportunities to automate manual steps, surface relevant answers, accelerate decisions
• Write and ship production-quality code alongside engineering, while building prototypes, prompts
• Partner with engineering leads, design, and AI/data science teams to define requirements, establish
• Define meaningful product metrics, instrument analytics, query product data, and communicate usage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in healthcare technology
• Demonstrated hands-on coding ability, including the ability to work alongside engineers and use
• Strong product-data capabilities, including defining metrics, querying data using SQL or equivalent
• Experience developing or managing AI/ML products, conversational AI, agentic automation, or
• Practical understanding of prior authorization, pharmacy workflows, clinical case management

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000–$130,000 USD, plus bonus, with compensation depending on experience and
