Product Manager - Reporting Platform

📋 Description

• Own key parts of the Reporting Platform surface and workflows end-to-end
• Turn fund data into investor-grade outputs (reports, statements, disclosures)
• Balance accuracy, compliance, and usability in product decisions
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver a reliable system
• Focus on reporting workflows: generation, configuration, delivery, observability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management in B2B Fintech (data-heavy or workflow-heavy)
• Strong product execution: shipping, iteration, prioritization, stakeholder alignment
• Comfort in domains with high correctness requirements (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance, data platforms)
• Translate complex requirements into simple product surfaces and crisp product logic
• Analytical mindset: define metrics, investigate root causes, data-informed tradeoffs
• Excellent communication: write clear specs and collaborate with tech and non-tech partners
