Product Manager, Reporting Platform

📋 Description

• Own and drive the reporting roadmap across products and lines.
• Collaborate with customers/designers/developers to prototype and ship reporting.
• Partner with teams to bring insights to customer data.
• Define and implement data usage to power AI experiences.
• Research and understand internal and external customers.
• Advocate for customer needs across Toast and build strong relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience with API design, reporting products, platform thinking, and data experiences (web/mobile).
• Experience launching products with cross-functional constraints and teamwork.
• Exceptional communication with architects, engineers, designers, customers, and execs.
• Passion for data's role in R&D and structuring data for AI-driven products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to craft a compelling product vision.
• Own and iterate on existing product, setting and tracking key metrics.
