Product Manager - Reporting Platform (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own key parts of the reporting surface and end-to-end workflows
• Turn fund data into investor-grade outputs (reports, disclosures)
• Balance accuracy, compliance, and usability in product decisions
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver a reliable system
• Focus on reporting: generation, configuration, data readiness, observability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years PM experience building B2B Fintech products (data/workflow-heavy)
• Strong execution: shipping, iteration, prioritization, stakeholder alignment
• Comfort with high-accuracy domains (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance)
• Translate complex requirements into simple product surfaces and logic
• Analytical mindset: define metrics, investigate root causes, data-informed tradeoffs
• Excellent communication: write clear specs and collaborate across teams
