Product Manager, Research

📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for Decagon's Research team.
• Work with customers to understand problems and requirements.
• Translate needs into model requirements; partner with engineering.
• Interface with Engineering, Infrastructure, Agent PM, and GTM teams.
• Manage relationships with key external partners.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery to adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience (PM, founder, engineer, researcher).
• Experience developing AI/ML models in a research environment.
• Strong technical acumen — model architecture, training data, eval pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.
• A CS/Engineering/Math degree or equivalent technical experience.
