Product Manager, Retention & Monetization

📋 Description

• Look deeply at the data and talk to users to find what keeps them engaged, what makes them churn
• Constantly develop and experiment on experiences, offers and types of content that will keep users
• Own the levers that drive revenue per member: pricing, packaging, plan upgrades, paywalls and
• Own cancellation, save and win-back flows that reduce churn without trading away member trust.
• Drive strategic insights that shape roadmaps for engineering, design and marketing using retention
• Explore our data and users to create segments by value, risk and intent, with relevant insights

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills to communicate both with users and internally to drive
• Readiness to roll up your sleeves in all parts of the member journey from copy to setting up comms
• Extremely data driven and constantly looking for the 'why' behind the data to understand what
• You've owned a retention, lifecycle, growth or monetization metric and moved it through
• Experience with pricing, subscriptions, paywalls or upgrade flows is a plus.
• You have empathy for consumers and a passion for solving consumer problems in new and innovative
