Write safety evals and communicate externally about safety.
Prioritize roadmaps with clear business and technical tradeoffs.
Define MVP vs. ideal state requirements.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product management.
Experience with policy, AI/ML, and software teams.
Strong user understanding of product usage and safeguards.
Proven ability to set strategy across cross-functional teams.
Experience designing metrics to evaluate risk and performance.
Excellent communication to explain complex concepts.
