Oversees team member training for new programs and client needs
Partners with senior leadership to select center locations based on data
Project manage startup of new client programs or centers
Ensure policies are followed at new centers; promote a healthy start-up environment
Develop and improve launch team project plans for timely openings
Manage financial and budgeting responsibilities of operational support division

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in business/marketing/communications/retail management or equivalent
10+ years in management and operations in customer service or call center
PMP certification from PMI
Strong organizational and project planning skills
Ability to manage project teams and multiple programs with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and organizational skills
