• Exceptional product and visual taste with IA instincts; partner with design.
• Deep intuition for LLMs; hands-on AI experience.
• Technical foundation; ship code and prototype; CS/math/engineering degree a plus.
• Finance experience is a plus; generalist product crafters welcome.
