📋 Description

• Understand customer needs, workflows, and opportunities
• Translate problems into product direction, requirements, metrics
• Own roadmap/backlog for a product area or initiative
• Tradeoffs across impact, value, feasibility, and alignment
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and leadership to deliver software
• Manage initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in product management or owning complex software
• Experience managing roadmaps and delivering with engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Cross-functional leadership; influence without authority
