Product Manager, Service Referral Management

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for SRM.
• Translate needs of caseworkers, agency leadership, and providers into a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap.
• Drive metrics: referrals, completed services, and FFPSA reimbursements.
• Identify where AI can transform prevention workflows and ship responsibly.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools (Lovable, Claude, Cursor, v0) to test ideas with users.
• Shadow caseworkers, supervisors, providers, and families to deepen understanding.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of scaling products from early-stage to category-defining.
• Comfortable with multi-sided platforms and complex stakeholder dynamics.
• AI-native in your work; you use Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 daily.
• Deep experience with user research and turning insights into actionable updates.
• Comfortable wearing many hats across UX, design, prompt engineering, and PM.
