🎯 Requirements

2–4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record
2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role
Experience running or working closely with real marketing workflows: paid social, lifecycle, CRO
Comfortable using AI agents, writing prompts, skills, and building end-to-end automation systems
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with SQL
