📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for priority integration projects within Employer Services and HR ecosystem.
• Identify high-value opportunities to improve connectivity, delivery, and partner-enabled growth.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Alliances to assess viability, value, and scalable execution.
• Shape data connections across HCM, payroll, and source systems for broader product reach.
• Guide discovery and execution for priority integrations with clear success measures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or related roles, scaling software/platform/data products.
• Strong modern product management disciplines: discovery, validation, roadmaps, prioritization
• Advanced AI fluency with generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled product practices; ability to assess
• Experience shaping ecosystem/partnership-led opportunities (integrations, embedded solutions
• Ability to evaluate options, build a compelling business case, and move projects to measurable
• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud architectures, data ingestion/exchange patterns; assess
