Product Manager, Strategic Integrations (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy development for priority integration projects within Employer Services
• Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to prioritize strategic integration opportunities
• Provide product strategy recommendations for where Employer Services should build, partner
• Identify opportunities to improve connectivity across priority Employer Services products, reusing
• Shape the strategy for scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems.
• Assess and help develop new integration and solution concepts that emerge from partnership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or
• Demonstrated strength in modern product management disciplines, including opportunity discovery
• Experience identifying and shaping ecosystem or partnership-led product opportunities, such as
• Experience evaluating strategic options, creating structure, building a compelling product and
• Technical fluency with modern integration and data technologies, including APIs, cloud-based
• Experience in HR Tech, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or adjacent enterprise software
