📋 Description

• Conduct customer discovery interviews with prospective and existing customers and partners to
• Use research methodologies and customer feedback to uncover common patterns, jobs to be done, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment is highly valued.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to connect diverse
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and training
• Demonstrated understanding of user engagement metrics, product KPIs, and data-informed
