📋 Description

  • Translate commercial insurance product strategies into scalable technology roadmaps, aligning
  • Own and communicate assigned roadmap initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of progress

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management and/or product design, with a demonstrated
  • Experience managing products through the full delivery lifecycle, from roadmap planning and
  • Demonstrated experience defining and implementing product metrics to evaluate performance and
  • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and experience working effectively with Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance technology is strongly preferred, including
