🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PM experience in a modern tech business.
• Experience in a highly regulated domain (fintech or workforce management).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to break down complex problems.
• Willingness to learn business model fundamentals and develop.
• Deep user empathy and strong UX focus.
• Excellent persuasion, storytelling, and first-principles reasoning.
