Product Manager - Tokenisation & Stablecoin Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for BitGo's tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and operations and compliance
• Scope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end: write PRDs, define order, fee, and
• Partner with stablecoin issuers, tokenized fund and asset managers, banks, and ecosystem and
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure every product meets regulatory, security
• Evaluate new chains, token standards, and market-structure developments (for example, tokenized

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial
• Strong working knowledge of crypto and blockchain: token standards and mechanics, multiple L1/L2
• Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models: issuance, mint/burn and redemption, reserves
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for stablecoins and digital assets (such as GENIUS Act
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate engineering, business
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clear PRDs and explain complex
