📋 Description

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into clear
• Own the product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems, including EverGuard
• Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships, from identifying needs
• Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and ensure T&S
• Own testing for how moderation systems and product safeguards respond to misuse, tracking findings
• Establish and run dedicated T&S reviews for new features, engaging early in product design to

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven product decisions that align with legal/ethical standards, with experience running A/B
• Understanding of content moderation and AI guardrails, including automation, machine learning
• Legal/safety work experience, with close work on trust and safety and compliance requirements for
• Collaborative mindset and communication, working cross-functionally with engineering, legal
• AI fluency, comfortable leveraging AI tools and experimenting with new techniques
• Autonomous handling of third-party partnerships affecting compliance and safety
