Product Manager - Trust & Safety (Full Remote - Poland)

📋 Description

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into clear
• Own the product side of improvements to in-house moderation systems, including the proprietary LLM
• Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships, from identifying needs
• Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and ensure Trust
• Own testing for how moderation systems respond to deliberate misuse and difficult edge cases
• Establish and run dedicated Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes to

🎯 Requirements

• Data-driven product decisions that align with legal/ethical standards.
• Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails.
• Experience working with trust and safety and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, fluent in English.
• AI fluency: comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools.
• Ability to lead third-party partnerships and interactions.
