Product Manager, Wallet

📋 Description

• Lead Wallet vision, roadmap, and strategy for Airbnb's financial hub.
• Build core Wallet features: payment methods, credits, stored value.
• Drive engagement on Wallet between trips and at checkout.
• Partner with Payments Eng, Design, Finance, Analytics, Trust & Safety.
• Collaborate with platform teams to scale integrations efficiently.
• Design and run A/B experiments to optimize conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience in consumer wallet or digital finance.
• Deep payments ecosystem knowledge: networks, wallets, BNPL, local methods.
• Proven track record shipping payment methods at consumer scale.
• Demonstrated success improving checkout/conversion through experimentation.
• Strong design sensibility; partner with design for trustworthy UX.
• Experience cross-functional work with Eng, Design, Finance, Legal, and Payments.
