📋 Description

• Own end-to-end agent and supervisor experience across live/post-interaction surfaces.
• Set latency budgets for real-time UX; avoid late prompts that erode trust.
• Prototype with design to pressure-test flows before production.
• Define latency and interruption budgets for each real-time assist surface.
• Measure AHT, agent adoption, CSAT, and acceptance of surfaced suggestions.
• Shipped to enterprise customers on a fast cadence.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management; CCaaS or developer-platform experience preferred.
• Experience shipping complex operator tooling for contact centers.
• Strong UX sense; write crisp one-page specs for engineers.
• Proficient with accessibility and keyboard-first enterprise UX patterns.
• Ability to read markets, know competition, and bring a point of view.
• Collaborative partner with design and engineering; drive flows end-to-end.
