Product Manager, Xsolla Ads

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, design standards, technical specifications, and performance of offerwall
• Establish creative standards for advertisers and publishers covering layouts, asset specifications
• Define support for VAST, HTML, MRAID, and OpenRTB Native formats across Web, iOS, Android, and
• Specify technical requirements for advertising format support including VAST event tracking and
• Collaborate with Engineering on creative quality assurance processes
• Investigate rendering issues and performance bottlenecks in advertising formats

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of product management experience, including significant experience in AdTech
• Hands-on experience owning advertising design or ad experiences, including ad units, creative
• Working knowledge of OpenRTB advertising formats (VAST, HTML, MRAID, OpenRTB Native)
• Strong data analysis skills including A/B test design and use of SQL or BI tools
• Ability to write clear, detailed product specifications for engineering implementation
• Strong visual judgment for assessing layout and creative influence on player behavior
