  • Strong leadership and people management; coaching PMMs.
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution; bias for action.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Deep experience with customer segmentation, positioning, pricing, and GTM planning.
