• Transform raw data and behavioral insights into clear, actionable intelligence, regularly
• Establish a structured discovery research function in close partnership with Product Management and
• Build, project-manage, and facilitate a high-impact Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program with
• Define, refine, and champion the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer/user personas for key
• Uncover deep insights into healthcare practice workflows, needs, and buying behaviors to build
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape within the healthcare communication and practice

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of managing a
• Deep and broad experience in market research and customer insights extraction, including techniques
• Deep familiarity with healthcare practice operations, patient journey touchpoints, and the EHR/EMR
• Experience working with product-led funnels and utilizing data analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo
• Background that blends high-level messaging craft with analytical rigor, tracking pipeline
• Experience with customer marketing, cross-sell/upsell strategies, or customer migration campaigns
