• Built or contributed to sales enablement programs; comfortable presenting
• AI fluent; daily use of AI tools and lightweight automations
• Strong writer; explain complex product concepts to non-technical audiences
• Systems thinking; build scalable assets that stay current
• Highly organized and proactive about process
