Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will execute the post-sale side of Netcraft’s
• You will help bring the customer voice to life through credible stories, outcomes, and evidence
• You will also support the overall GTM motion and product launches, making sure existing customers
• You will work closely with the rest of the Product Marketing team and our commercial organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or
• Experience working with Customer Success and Sales teams to turn account context, customer needs
• The ability to translate strategic messaging into practical customer-facing materials without
• A strong post-sale go-to-market mindset, with an understanding of how proof, enablement, and
• Strong writing and communication skills across emails, messaging, customer newsletters, proof
• Confidence interviewing customers and shaping what they share into clear, credible stories that
