📋 Description

• Owning consumer-facing positioning and messaging across Arena's core consumer product surfaces
• Defining and refining value propositions for Arena's user experiences (e.g., direct model
• Partnering with Product and Design to improve onboarding, navigation, and feature discovery
• Leading go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing launches, updates, and experiments
• Translating Arena's evaluation methodology and data into clear, accessible explanations
• Developing frameworks to explain model differences, strengths, and tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Consumer Marketing, ideally in developer
• Strong ability to translate complex technical or data-heavy systems into clear, compelling
• Proven experience partnering closely with Product and Design on onboarding, UX copy, and feature
• Track record of leading go-to-market efforts for consumer-facing products or features
• Deep empathy for users and strong instincts for clarity, trust, and usability
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and visual mediums
