📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end GTM for new products/features
• Define goals, audiences, milestones, channels, enablement
• Develop value proposition and launch messaging
• Manage cross-functional launch plans with Product, Sales, Marketing, CS
• Identify risks; drive decisions; align teams through launch
• Measure launch performance and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in product marketing, competitive intel, sales enablement, or B2B SaaS
• Led GTM launches for products or features
• Turn customer/market/competitive insights into actionable recommendations
• Proven sales enablement improving readiness and confidence
• Translate complex products into practical guidance for customer-facing teams
• Nice to have: vertical SaaS/boutique fitness; Gong, Salesforce, Intercom
