• Own positioning and messaging for ICPs and personas; translate product capabilities into clear
• Identify and shape demand-gen narratives; craft content that brings stories to life for the
• Build sales and customer success playbooks to enable the team to win.
• Create launches with content for website, product pages, email campaigns, PR and events.
• Drive adoption via customer marketing and expansion campaigns to engage and grow customers.
• Establish feedback loops from Sales, CS, and customers into positioning to sharpen messaging.

• Proven track record in product marketing within B2B SaaS/enterprise software; able to manage
