Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own product positioning and messaging for vault products and structured products.
• Translate positioning into BD decks, landing pages, docs, and proof points.
• Run product launches end-to-end: data, waitlists, launch copy, enablement, and pitches.
• Build the sales enablement library: decks, one-pagers, proposals, battlecards, FAQs.
• Own the product-to-marketing feedback loop with BD to surface objections and signals.
• Own product surface on the website: product pages, launch announcements, partner integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in product marketing at crypto/fintech/financial infra.
• Strong grasp of technical and financial concepts; DeFi knowledge a plus.
• Strong product-positioning instinct for buyer-ready narratives.
• Experience owning product launches end-to-end.
• Track record building sales enablement that BD actually uses.
• Solid writing across blogs and social copy; AI tools expertise (LLMs/agents).
