Product Marketing Manager, AI Capabilities & Developer Enablement

📋 Description

• AI capabilities messaging for developers; translate GraphRAG, agents, memory.
• Own messaging for the integration ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, cloud partners).
• Build enablement that translates capability stories into field behavior.
• Win-loss analysis; surface patterns to inform messaging and priorities.
• Sales enablement; enable global sellers and SEs with playbooks and training.
• Launch support; developer messaging, demos, and enablement for AI releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering; 3+ yrs in product marketing or GTM in tech.
• Direct experience marketing to developers/technical audiences in data infra, databases, or AI/ML.
• Proven track record building field-ready sales enablement and win/loss programs.
• Tech acumen to read docs/architecture; quick to learn complex tech.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; craft plays and 30-minute sessions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, SE, DevRel, and partner marketing.
