📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and standards for ChatGPT’s consumer lifecycle email program across
• Turn product positioning, customer research, and usage insights into clear messages, compelling
• Map the customer journey, identify barriers to adoption, and prioritize opportunities using
• Build and optimize onboarding, feature activation, setup reminders, and re-engagement programs that
• Partner with the consumer subscriptions PMM and Growth teams on trials, upgrades, and subscriber
• Lead campaign delivery from briefing and copywriting through creative development, localization

🎯 Requirements

• Have 6+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing for
• Have built and scaled lifecycle campaigns that measurably improved product adoption, engagement
• Are a strong writer and creative partner who can turn complex product capabilities into clear
• Understand consumer behavior and can use research and behavioral data to identify meaningful
• Bring strong analytical judgment, including experience with A/B testing, holdouts, and measuring
• Are comfortable working with campaign platforms, audience logic, automation, and technical partners
