Product Marketing Manager, Customer & Partner Marketing

📋 Description

• Build customer advocacy with case studies, testimonials, and references.
• Design onboarding, adoption, and expansion campaigns.
• Own partner marketing: co-branded campaigns and enablement.
• Support events and user groups; turn moments into social proof.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align programs to revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing
• Proven experience building advocacy/reference programs and stories
• Experience running co-marketing with technology or channel partners
• Strong project management across programs and stakeholders
• Excellent writing and storytelling; know what makes customers say yes
• Industrial tech, AI, manufacturing, or B2B SaaS experience a plus
