📋 Description

  • Understand Finch products to create content: demos, feature spotlights, and assets.
  • Own creation and execution of product launches for new features.
  • Research and craft positioning and messaging for new industries and personas.
  • Turn messages into external content: thought leadership, webinars, one-pagers, decks.
  • Support campaigns with industry-, persona-, and product-focused content to generate leads.
  • Partner with Sales to develop enablement resources and competitive messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in product marketing or related role.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives; ensure collaboration to meet goals.
  • Passion for learning new products and industries—unafraid to dive into technical details.
  • Comfortable coordinating the product release cycle, including docs and customer communications.
  • Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and analyzing sales calls to deliver insights.
