📋 Description

• Define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launches for Benchling’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing to translate complex capabilities into customer
• Own pricing, packaging, and enablement for the field.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to inform product decisions with market insights.
• Develop customer understanding and market intelligence for enterprise software and AI.
• Create narratives and enablement to help teams communicate Benchling’s value.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product marketing or related B2B GTM role.
• Experience marketing complex/technical products (data platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations
• Owned positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
• Strong writer; able to translate technical detail into clear value.
• Ability to navigate enterprise buying dynamics and communicate to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-team execution; curiosity to learn new domains.
