Product Marketing Manager, Freshservice Platform

📋 Description

• Own product marketing for Freshservice platform, including positioning, messaging, and major
• Drive content and external-facing assets communicating unified platform positioning.
• Develop differentiated messaging communicating business value of service and operations.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success.
• Create sales enablement content including presentations, battlecards, FAQs, demos.
• Gather customer insights through interviews, research, and competitive analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience marketing ITSM, IT Operations, DevOps, cybersecurity, or cloud products
• Experience launching multi-product platforms, including AI and GenAI capabilities
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for technical concepts
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
