Product Marketing Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle to drive growth initiatives.
• Analyze funnel performance, behavior, and experiments to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences.
• Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities and impact sizing.
• Create and optimize messaging, offers, and experiences across owned and paid channels.
• Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive journeys from acquisition to retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in growth, product marketing, performance, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience building and executing growth strategies that improve acquisition, conversion, or retention.
• Strong product marketing fundamentals: customer research, positioning, messaging, and GTM planning.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Translate customer insights into compelling messaging, offers, and experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions.
