📋 Description

• Own the launch plan for each feature and align with the commercial teams on comms and activities
• Drive the channel plan for each launch with the commercial marketing team, deciding what each
• Craft and set up comms (emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demo videos)
• Update onboarding materials (product tours, emails, and the Onboarding Center) to reflect new
• Run the monthly product newsletter
• Partner on product contents for major events such as annual spring release, Travel Innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B product
• Fluent business English that a busy tour operator would want to read and understand easily
• Excellent storyteller in writing and on camera; visible face of product to thousands of clients
• Track record of successful B2B email and in-product campaigns (ideally highly targeted)
• Uses AI tools to work faster and more reliably while owning quality
• Comfortable digging into data and surfacing own insights
