🎯 Requirements

  • Have owned launch or release operations end to end, and been accountable for launches landing on
  • Have built or substantially improved a launch or release process
  • Treat process as a product β€” you care whether people adopt what you build, and you measure it
  • Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, and launch
  • Work well when priorities and timelines shift, and can keep a complex plan coherent as details
  • Are effective at driving decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority
