📋 Description

• Own the model launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases, coordinating
• Own the plan of record for each launch — deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines — and
• Own the path launch materials take through review, partnering with legal, policy, research, and
• Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Own launch-day execution: sequencing, timing, access, and the operational readiness of everything
• Own the internal resources our field teams reach for first, along with the operational side of

🎯 Requirements

• Have owned launch or release operations end to end, and been accountable for launches landing on
• Have built or substantially improved a launch or release process
• Treat process as a product — you care whether people adopt what you build, and you measure it
• Background in product marketing, product operations, technical program management, and launch
• Work well when priorities and timelines shift, and can keep a complex plan coherent as details
• Are effective at driving decisions across senior stakeholders without direct authority
