📋 Description

• Build and optimize user growth framework to improve conversions across key journeys.
• Develop user segmentation models and targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities via data analysis and design/execute A/B tests and experiments.
• Plan and optimize growth campaigns, incentives, and rewards to boost engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive growth initiatives from concept to execution.
• Contribute to localization by developing growth strategies for different markets and user segments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years in Growth/Operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle management focusing on acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and growth opportunities via data.
• Familiar with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• Strong logical thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior FinTech/payments or digital banking experience preferred.
