Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support product planning and operating processes, including roadmap reviews.
• Maintain and improve team processes, templates, and docs.
• Partner with PM, Eng, Design, and other stakeholders for alignment.
• Prepare dashboards and reports showing delivery progress.
• Maintain accurate product docs and decision logs.
• Identify bottlenecks and refine workflows with AI-enabled tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in product operations or related roles.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience with planning, coordination, and documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
