• Maintain product docs, user stories, release notes, and guides.
• Track KPIs; monitor dashboards and report metrics.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-team communication; assist QA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in product ops or related
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with data; spreadsheets and dashboards
• Highly organized with multiple workstreams
• Curiosity about technology and software products
