🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business

• Strong quantitative reasoning: you can work with messy data, check assumptions, and translate
• Customer curiosity and practical judgment about which problems matter most and how to solve them.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for your arguments across technical and
